Retained Searches. 6.1 Placement Fees for Retained Searches only shall be calculated on the basis of the Salary Package and invoiced to the Client in three stages:
Retained Searches. 6.1 Placement Fees for Retained Searches only shall be calculated on the basis of the Salary Package and invoiced to the Client in three stages: a. thirty three percent (33%) of the Placement Fee on XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD’s agreement to undertake the Business (based on an estimate of the Salary Package); b. thirty three percent (33%) of the Placement Fee when the short-list of Candidates is presented to the Client by XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD or thirty (30) days after XXXXXXX BUSINESS SERVICES LTD’s agreement to undertake the Business whichever is the sooner (based on an estimate of the Salary Package); and c. the balance (if applicable, adjusted for any variance between the estimated and final Salary Package) on the first day of the Client’s employment of the Candidate.
Retained Searches. 4.1 This clause only applies if Client requests Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx in writing to provide Services in respect of a Retained Search.
Retained Searches a) Where the Client requests a retained search, an agreed fee is payable by the Client and will be invoiced in three stages: 33% on Certus’s agreement to undertake the Business, 33% when the short-list of Candidates is presented to the Client by Certus or 30 days after Certus’s agreement to undertake the Business (whichever is the sooner); and the balance (if applicable, adjusted for any changes to the Salary Package) on the first day of employment of the Candidate.
