Retaining Jurisdiction. This Court shall maintain continuing jurisdiction over the administration, consummation, validity, enforcement, and interpretation of this Settlement Agreement, the Final Order, Final Judgment, any final order approving Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and Service Awards, and for any other necessary purpose.
Retaining Jurisdiction. This Court shall maintain continuing jurisdiction over these settlement proceedings to assure the effectuation thereof for the benefit of the Class. If the Settlement receives final approval, this Court shall retain jurisdiction over any action to enforce the release provisions in the Settlement Agreement.
