Retaining. SUBCONTRACTORS The Contractor shall not retain any Subcontractor to whom the Owner has a reasonable and timely objection, provided that the Owner agrees to increase the Contract Price for any additional costs incurred by the Contractor as a result of such objection. The Contractor shall not be required to retain any Subcontractor to whom the Contractor has a reasonable objection.
