Retention and Removal of Professional Service Providers. To employ attorneys, accountants and custodians as it shall deem advisable and to make such payments thereof as the Trustee shall deem reasonable for the implementation of the purpose of this Agreement. The Trustee shall have the absolute right to dismiss any such agents for any reason whatsoever; provided that the Trustee's selection of an accounting firm shall be subject to the prior consent of the Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
