Common use of Retention and Termination of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Retention and Termination of Servicer. The Servicer hereby covenants and agrees to act as such under this Agreement during the term of the Facility, as such term may be extended pursuant to the Funding Agreement, unless the Servicer is terminated pursuant to Article IX hereof, or is permitted to resign pursuant to Section 8.6 hereof.
