Common use of Retention of Claims Administrator and Manner of Giving Notice Clause in Contracts

Retention of Claims Administrator and Manner of Giving Notice. Lead Counsel is hereby authorized to retain JND Legal Administration (the “Claims Administrator”) to supervise and administer the notice procedure in connection with the proposed Settlement as well as the processing of Claims as more fully set forth below.
