Retention of Distributable Income as Capital Reserves. The General Partner may elect to retain from the distributions of available cash any amounts which, in the General Partners’ judgment, are needed to provide reserves and working capital for anticipated investments and operating expenses, subject only to their Fiduciary Duty as provided below in this Agreement.
