Common use of Retention of MMHGP Clause in Contracts

Retention of MMHGP. (a) GP, on its own behalf and for the benefit of MMP, hereby engages MMHGP to perform the Services (as defined below) and to provide all employees and any facilities and equipment not otherwise provided by MMP necessary to perform the Services. MMHGP hereby accepts such engagement and agrees to perform the Services requested by GP and to provide any facilities and equipment not otherwise provided by MMP, and to provide all employees necessary to perform the Services.
