Retention of Plan. As of the Effective Time, the Autoliv Group shall retain sponsorship of the Autoliv U.S. Savings Plan, and, from and after the Effective Time, all Assets and Liabilities thereunder shall be the Assets and Liabilities of the Autoliv Group.
