Retention of Revenue. Retention of Revenue by Provider may be limited up to a maximum of 3% of the contracted MH.IDD funds applicable to each individual contract between the Provider and MH.IDD Office. Contract amounts will not be increased to reflect up to a maximum of 3% retention allowance.
