Retention of Rights in Downloaded Materials. Subject to this Agreement and any license restrictions included in such download, Subscriber may download or copy the UI, and other items designated for download, on the UI in connection with the Services and provided that Subscriber maintains all copyright and other notices contained in such UI. Such downloads and use thereof are provided solely in conjunction with your use of the Services, and any intellectual property therein is licensed to you by Pantheon or third-party licensors solely for your noncommercial use, and no title to the Software Tools or the UI shall be transferred to you.
