RETENTION OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION. 1. Subsequent to the Transfer Date, Owner will provide GMAC Mortgage, upon request, payment histories, canceled checks, vouchers, bills and other pertinent documents within five business days of written request by GMAC Mortgage to assist GMAC Mortgage in disputes with outside agencies, other than the titleholder or attorney (e.g. taxing authorities, PMI companies, hazard insurance companies, etc.).
