Common use of Retention of Technical Documentation Clause in Contracts

Retention of Technical Documentation. Both Parties shall, at no additional charge, prepare and retain for a period of five (5) years after the last Instrument has been manufactured and delivered to QTX under this Agreement complete and accurate technical documentation, product declarations and certifications and other reports and records relating to each of the Instruments, and such other documentation and records as required by the FDA within the Territory.
