Retention of the Service Provider. The School District retains the Provider to perform, and the Provider agrees to perform, the work described in Exhibit A hereto (“Services”), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Retention of the Service Provider. The Company retains the Service Provider to provide the services hereunder, and the Service Provider accepts such retention, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Retention of the Service Provider. The Company hereby engages the Service Provider to exclusively provide the Services to the Company as provided in this Agreement.
