Retention Payment Upon Involuntary Termination Without Cause. If Executive’s employment is involuntarily terminated prior to April 1, 2016 by the Employer without Cause, such termination shall result in an immediate vesting of the full Retention Payment and the Retention Payment shall be paid within thirty (30) days of Executive’s Date of Termination (less applicable withholding taxes).
