Common use of Retest Event Clause in Contracts

Retest Event. A Retest Event is a withdrawal, a Policy loan, a failure to pay accrued loan interest when due, or a change by the Owner to the terms of the Policy that could result in an increase in the Company’s risk. If a Retest Event occurs, then the Death Benefit Guarantee Premium Suspension will continue if immediately following the Retest Event: • the Death Benefit Guarantee Premium Test is met; and • the Contract Fund Value is greater than or equal to the result of (a) multiplied by (b), where:
