Retiree HRA Plan. The District will make monthly contributions to the retiree’s individual HRA account according to the vesting schedule in paragraph 6(b). Retired employees will retain the ability to draw on their HRA account and claim reimbursement for qualifying medical expenses for themselves and their eligible dependents.
