Common use of Retirement at or after Attainment of Age 65, Disability or Death Clause in Contracts

Retirement at or after Attainment of Age 65, Disability or Death. If the Employee's employment by or service to the Employers and Affiliates terminates prior to October 10, 2006 by reason of retirement at or after attainment of age 65, Disability or death, the restrictions on the Award shall terminate in their entirety upon such termination of employment or service.
