Common use of Retirement Benefits and Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Retirement Benefits and Life Insurance. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Xxxxxxxx Enterprises Retirement Plan ("FERP"), the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (“SERP”), 401(k) retirement savings plan, and any life insurance program offered to FELLC’s senior executives.

In aggregate, the employer contribution for the FERP, SERP and 401(k) plans will be 16% of Base Salary each year.
