Retirement Benefits; Consideration. If the Executive timely signs and does not revoke this Agreement, continues to comply with the Restrictive Covenants and complies with this Agreement, he will be eligible for the benefits set forth below in consideration of his Consulting Services, cooperation with the Company and release of claims in favor of the Company, as describe in Section 5 below (the “Release”):
