Retirement of RSS Unit. Xxxxx shall be entitled to undertake any actions during the Term that are necessary or advisable to retire the RSS Unit after the Term so long as such actions do not unreasonably interfere with, limit or diminish Ginna’s provision of the Reliability Support Services during the Term.
