Retirement Plan Portfolio. 1. A Retirement Plan Portfolio will be established for each teacher employed in USD 469. This portfolio will contain up to two (2) accounts. An Employer Paid Account will be initiated for each teacher. An Employee Paid Account will be initiated for each teacher at his/her request.
