Retirement Plans and Retirement Accounts. Price Services may also enter into, on behalf of the Funds, certain banking relationships to perform various banking services including, but not limited to, check deposits, check disbursements, automated clearing house transactions ("ACH") and wire transfers. Subject to guidelines mutually agreed upon by the Funds and Price Services, excess balances, if any, resulting from these banking relationships will be invested and the income therefrom will be used to offset fees which would otherwise be charged to the Funds under this Agreement.
