Retirement/Restoration Benefits. If Executive is a participant in the Company’s Restoration Plan, the Company shall credit Executive with additional years of service under such plan for purposes of calculating all benefits and rights under such plan, as if Executive had remained employed by the Company for an additional two (2) years following the Termination Date.
