Retirement Security Plan. Effective July 1, 2013, based upon June hours, each Employer covered by this Agreement shall contribute $2.80 (two dollars and eighty cents) for each hour for which an employee is compensated, including overtime hours, into the Teamsters Benefit Trust Retirement Security Plan (RSP).
