Common use of Retirement Treatment Clause in Contracts

Retirement Treatment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 22(d) of this Award Agreement, if the Company receives a legal opinion that there has been a legal judgment and/or legal development in your jurisdiction that likely would result in the favorable treatment that applies to the RSUs in the event of your retirement being deemed unlawful and/or discriminatory, the provisions of Section 4 of this Award Agreement regarding the treatment of the RSUs in the event of your retirement shall not be applicable to you.
