Return/Destroy Obligation. Upon the termination or expiration of this Licensing Agreement, Licensee will promptly return to UCANN all tangible copies of UCANN’s Confidential Information in Licensee’s possession or control.
Return/Destroy Obligation. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, both Parties will promptly return all tangible copies of any Confidential Information. The restrictions of this Section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any Confidential Information that cannot be so returned and/or destroyed.
