Return from Training Sample Clauses

Return from Training. Employees covered under this Agreement, who are attending external training, shall not be required to return to work, if there are fewer than four hours remaining in the shift, except in case of staffing shortage. Employees who elect not to return to work shall be paid for time spent in training, and may elect to use accrued comp time or vacation time to cover the remainder of their regularly scheduled hours, if they so desire.
