Common use of Return Memoranda, etc Clause in Contracts

Return Memoranda, etc. To deliver promptly to the Corporation on termination of his employment, or at any other time as the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of the Corporation may so request, all memoranda, notes, records, reports, manuals, drawings, blueprints, facsimile or e-mail copies and other documents (and all copies thereof) relating to the Corporation's business and all property associated therewith, which he may then possess or have under his control.
