Return of Additional Consideration. If the WFOE or any transferee designated by the WFOE is required by applicable laws or competent authorities to pay any additional consideration (i.e., the transfer price is higher than the relevant registered capital of the VIE Company corresponding to the Equity Interest being transferred) to the Grantor for its exercise of the Options, the Grantor agrees to return any and all of such additional consideration to the WFOE or such transferee as soon as possible after the completion of such equity interest transfer.
