Common use of Return of Bank Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Bank Property. If and when Executive ceases, for any reason, to be employed by the Company, Executive must return to the Company all keys, pass cards, identification cards and any other property of the Company. At the same time, Executive also must return to the Company all originals and copies (whether in memoranda, designs, devices, diskettes, tapes, manuals, and specifications) which constitute proprietary information or material of the Company and its subsidiaries.
