Common use of Return of Bank Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Bank Property. When the Officer’s employment with the Bank ends, the Officer shall immediately deliver to the Bank all of its property, including, but not limited to (i) all documents and copies of such documents whether in hard copy or electronic format, including, but not limited to, address and telephone records of customers, listings of customer names and/or account numbers, and any telephone records of customers, listings of customer names and/or account numbers, and any other items or records in the Officer’s possession, or subsequently coming into the Officer’s possession pertaining to the business of Employer, including without limitation, confidential and proprietary information which the Officer would not possess but for his or her employment relationship with Employer and (ii) any tangible personal property of Employer or provided by Employer to Officer, including, but not limited to, computer(s) and related peripherals, laptops, automobiles, cellular telephones, access cards and credit cards.
