Return of Buyer's Documents. In the event Escrow is terminated for any reason (other than the default of Buyer), Escrow Holder shall, within fifteen (15) calendar days following such termination, deliver to Buyer all funds and documents, if any, deposited by Buyer and then in Escrow Holder's possession to Buyer.
