RETURN OF CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS. If this License Agreement has expired or been terminated with respect to all of the market(s) in the Licensed Territory, then Licensor and Licensee shall immediately deliver to the other party all documents which contain Confidential Information of the other party as defined in Section VII. hereof, including without limitation, the Guide to Quality Operations (including the 800 Number Supplement) and the Graphic Standards Manual.
