Return of Copies If we so request in writing, you shall return all Confidential Information supplied to you by us and destroy or permanently erase all copies of Confidential Information made by you and use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that anyone to whom you have supplied any Confidential Information destroys or permanently erases such Confidential Information and any copies made by them, in each case save to the extent that you or the recipients are required to retain any such Confidential Information by any applicable law, rule or regulation or by any competent judicial, governmental, supervisory or regulatory body or in accordance with internal policy, or where the Confidential Information has been disclosed under paragraph 2(b) above.
Return of Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the Consultant shall deliver all records, notes, and data of any nature that are in the Consultant's possession or under the Consultant's control and that are of the Client's property or relate to Client's business.
Return of Funds Contractor will return any overpayments due to unearned funds or funds disallowed pursuant to the terms of the Contract that were disbursed to the Contractor. The Contractor must return any overpayment within forty (40) calendar days after either discovery by the Contractor, its independent auditor, or notification by the Department or Customer of the overpayment.
Return of card The card remains our property at all times. You must immediately return the card to us upon our request which we may make at any time in our reasonable discretion.
Return of Deposit Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, in the event any condition of this Agreement is not met and the Buyer has fulfilled any required notice obligation in a timely manner regarding the condition having not been met, the Escrow Money shall be returned in accordance with South Dakota law.
