Return of Collateral After the Secured Obligations are Satisfied in Full. If any proceeds of Collateral remain after all Secured Obligations have been paid in full, Agent will deliver or direct the Deposit Takers to deliver such proceeds to NAI or other Persons entitled thereto by law.
