Common use of Return of Company Materials Clause in Contracts

Return of Company Materials. Upon separation from employment with the Company, on the Company’s earlier request during my employment, or at any time subsequent to my employment upon demand from the Company, I will promptly deliver to LogicBio, and will not keep in my possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else, any and all Company property, including, but not limited to, Company Confidential Information, Associated Third Party Confidential Information, all devices and equipment belonging to the Company (including computers, handheld electronic devices, telephone equipment, and other electronic devices), all tangible embodiments of the Inventions, all electronically stored information and passwords to access such property, Company credit cards, records, data, notes, notebooks, reports, files, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, photographs, charts, any other documents and property, and reproductions of any of the foregoing items, including, without limitation, those records maintained pursuant to Section 3.D. I also consent to an exit interview to confirm my compliance with this Section 5.

I also consent to an exit interview to confirm my compliance with this Section Article 5.

I also consent to an exit interview to confirm my compliance with this Section 5Article 4.

I also consent to an exit interview to confirm my compliance with this Section Article 5.

I also consent to an exit interview to confirm my compliance with this Section 5.

I also consent to an exit interview to confirm my compliance with this Section Article 5.

Upon separation from employment with the Company, on the Company’s earlier request during my employment, or at any time subsequent to my employment upon demand from the Company, I will promptly cease to use or exploit and immediately deliver to LogicBio, Ubiquiti and will not keep in my possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else, any and all Company property, including, but not limited to, Company Confidential Information, Associated Third Party Confidential Information, all devices and equipment belonging to the Company (including computers, handheld electronic devices, telephone equipment, and other electronic devices), all tangible and intangible embodiments of the Inventions, all electronically stored information and passwords to access such property, Company credit cards, records, data, notes, notebooks, reports, files, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, photographs, charts, any other documents and property, and reproductions of any of the foregoing items, including, without limitation, those records maintained pursuant to Section 3.D. 4.D. I also consent to an exit interview to confirm my compliance with this Section 5Article 6.
