RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY AND RECORDS. You agree that upon the Termination Date, you will surrender to the Company in good condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted) all property and equipment belonging to the Company and all records kept by you containing the names, addresses or any other information with regard to customers or customer contacts of the Company, or concerning any proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any operational, financial or other documents given to you during your employment with the Company.
