Return of Confidential Information and Other Property. I shall deliver to the Company all copies of Confidential Information and other Company property (which includes but is not limited to any documents, notes or other work product connected with or derived from my services to or affiliation with the Company, whether in electronic or paper form) in my possession or control upon the earlier of a request by the Company or termination of my employment.
