Common use of Return of Confidential Information and Other Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Confidential Information and Other Property. Upon termination of Executive's employment with Employer, Executive will surrender to Employer all Confidential Information including, without limitation, all samples, articles of manufacture, lists, charts, schedules, reports, financial statements, books, and records, and all copies thereof, of Employer and all other property belonging to Employer whatsoever.
