Return of Confidential Material Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, each party, upon the other party's request, will return or destroy all Confidential Information received from the other party pursuant to this Agreement, including all copies and extracts of documents, within thirty days of the request of the other party; provided, however, one copy of the Confidential Information may be retained for legal purposes.
