Common use of Return of Consignment Inventory Clause in Contracts

Return of Consignment Inventory. Orphan Medical shall be entitled to repossess the Consignment Inventory immediately upon termination of the bailment or prior to termination if Orphan Medical determines in its sole discretion that repossession is necessary for any reason. Celltech, or any person managing Celltech's activities, shall give any duly authorised representative or agent of Orphan Medical such access to Celltech's premises as are required for purposes of repossessing the Consignment Inventory.
