Common use of Return of Contributed Capital Clause in Contracts

Return of Contributed Capital. Subject to applicable provisions in the Partnership Agreement, the Partnership may return the Preferred Contributed Capital in an amount necessary to fund any purchase for cancellation or redemption of Series 1 KML Preferred Shares or Series 2 KML Preferred Shares purchased for cancellation by KML in accordance with the terms thereof and at the same purchase price.
