Common use of Return of Contribution Non-recourse to Other Partners Clause in Contracts

Return of Contribution Non-recourse to Other Partners. Except as provided by law, upon dissolution, each Partner shall look solely to the assets of the Partnership for the return of the Partner’s Capital Contribution. If the Partnership property remaining after the payment or discharge of the debts and liabilities of the Partnership is insufficient to return the cash or other property contribution of one or more Partners, such Partner or Partners shall have no recourse against any other Partner.
