RETURN OF CONTRIBUTIONS; DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY. No Member shall be entitled to a return of any portion of any Capital Contribution or Capital Account balance except as specifically provided in this Agreement. Except as provided herein, no Member shall, in such Member’s capacity as a Member, have the right or authority to cause the dissolution of the Company.
