RETURN OF CORPORATE PROPERTY AND TRADE SECRETS. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Consultant, or his estate in the event of his death, will turn over to the Company all correspondence, property, writings or documents then in his possession or custody belonging to or relating to the affairs of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or comprising or relating to the Trade Secrets.
