RETURN OF CORPORATION'S PROPERTY. On the termination of his/her employment or whenever requested by the Corporation, the Employee shall immediately deliver to the Corporation all property in his/her possession or under his/her control belonging to the Corporation in good condition, ordinary wear and tear and damage by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Employee excepted.
