Common use of Return of Deposit Clause in Contracts

Return of Deposit. In the event that this Agreement is terminated other than as in the circumstances contemplated Section 9.1(7), the Deposit shall be promptly returned to the Purchaser by the Monitor. The return of the deposit shall be the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any termination of this Agreement.

Return of Deposit. In the event that this Agreement is terminated other than as in a termination by the circumstances contemplated Vendor pursuant to Section 9.1(79.1(6), the Deposit shall be promptly returned to the Purchaser by the MonitorPurchaser. The return of the deposit Deposit shall be the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any termination of this Agreement.

Return of Deposit. In the event that Purchaser terminates this Agreement as permitted pursuant to Section 9.1(c), the Purchase Deposit shall be returned to Purchaser. The Purchase Deposit shall also be returned to Purchaser in the event the Agreement is terminated other than as in by mutual agreement pursuant to Section 9.1(a). The return of the deposit Deposit shall be the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any such termination of this Agreement.
