Common use of Return of Deposit Clause in Contracts

Return of Deposit. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, in the event any condition of this Agreement is not met and the Buyer has fulfilled any required notice obligation in a timely manner regarding the condition having not been met, the Escrow Money shall be returned in accordance with Georgia law.
