Return of Documents and Property. Upon the termination of his employment or at such other time that the Company may request, the Participant shall forthwith return and deliver to the Company, and shall not retain, any originals or copies of, any books, papers or price lists of the Company, customer lists, files, books of account, notes and other documents and data or other writings, tapes or records of the Company maintained by or in the possession of the Participant (and all of the same are hereby acknowledged and agreed to be the property of the Company).
